Vaiberon Technology Solutions provides IT infrastructure services including hardware supply and installation, networking services, server management, and IT accessories. Specific terms for individual service engagements are documented in separate service agreements or purchase orders.

All service quotes provided are valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified. Final pricing may vary based on actual site conditions and requirements discovered during implementation. All prices are exclusive of GST unless stated otherwise.
We provide services with reasonable care and skill. Hardware warranty terms are governed by respective manufacturer warranties. Our service labour warranty period is 30 days from completion for defects directly attributable to our workmanship.
Vaiberon Technology Solutions shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from service delivery. Our maximum liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the specific service that gave rise to the claim.
For project-based work: 50% advance before commencement, 50% on completion unless otherwise agreed. AMC and support contracts are billed quarterly in advance. All payments are subject to applicable GST.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
